GENERAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 620 Credit Score
- Maximum 49.99% Debt-to-Income Ratio
- Complete all requirements for Conventional or FHA loan
The program is designed for borrowers that are unable to buy a home because they do not have any other way to obtain funds for the downpayment. If you can receive a gift from a relative for your downpayment, then you should use those gift funds instead of participating in this program.
